Refund Policy

• Appropriate Bank Account Details will be required to refund the excess or wrongly charged/ paid amount.
• The transaction shall get completed in 3-4 business working days.
• No refund will be provided in case of –
  • No Show
  • Room Cancellation intimation on the arrival date (charge of one night's room tariff will be made).
  • Group Booking((room reservation for more than 5 rooms) – unless cancelled before 15 days of arrival.
